Dr. Pradeep Chandra Shetty graduated in 1994 and post graduated in orthodontics in 1988 from Bangalore University, India. He has also completed advance training in micro implantology (South Korea) and lingual appliances from incognito (USA), Linguamatrix (India).
Dr. Pradeep is highly experienced individual with over 17 years of clinical experience and 15 years of teaching graduates and post graduate students. Before joining NMC he was consultant orthodontist and in charge, dental department, Bangalore hospital, Bangalore. He was also vice principal and professor in dental college, Bangalore.
Dr. Pradeep has conducted and has been involved in numerous research projects and presented many papers and publication. He is also reviewer for many international journals.
Dr. Pradeep areas of interest include:
preventive and interceptive procedures
functional and orthopedic appliances for skeletal malocclusion
fixed appliances
lingual/ invisible appliances
adult orthodontics
pre and post surgical orthodontics
TAD/ micro implants
