Just wanna express my gratitude for the exceptional service provided by Dr. Charles(plastic surgeon)and his Assistant nurse( Kiruba)at Mediclinic Parkview Hospital. After previously following up at American Hospital Dubai, we were pleased to reconnect with Dr. Charles, who has relocated to Parkview Hospital. Despite an initial communication delay with the information center, Dr. Charles assistant, Nurse Kiruba, was swift in responding and efficiently arranged our appointments.Dr. Charles, I greatly appreciate your expertise in explaining every detail, ensuring the surgery proceeded smoothly, and for your compassionate care. Disrespectful way of ttt
I booked an appointment today for vaccination,I went to the doctor who gave the order to the nurse in the ambulatory team.The ambulatory nurse insisted on getting an invoice.i went back to the reception where they called n told her no need for the invoice.I returned back to her she asked me to wait here.when I asked her what I am waiting for,her answe was YOU DONT HAVE TO BE RUDE. I ADKED HER SORRY I HEARD U WRONG.HER REPLY WAS YOU ARE GOING TO GET YOUR VACCINE.U HAVE TO WAIT AND YOU DO NOT HAVE TO BE RUDE.

Maternity department
I cannot recommend Dr. Kaplan Mesrure highly enough! From prenatal care to C-section delivery, she provided exceptional care every step of the way. Dr. Mesrures professionalism, expertise, and genuine concern for her patients well-being are truly commendable. She made me feel comfortable and at ease during consultations, and her advice was always trustworthy. I also want to extend my gratitude to the wonderful nurses at Parkview Mediclinic and Springs for their outstanding support throughout my journey. If youre looking for a gynecologist who prioritizes patient care and makes you feel valued, Dr. Kaplan Mesrure is the one to see. Thank you, Dr. Mesrure, for your exceptional care!
