zero star

The pharmacy experience was equally bad long waiting times and incorrect insurance submission, which caused rejection of my medication initially. Later, it was approved only after they corrected their own mistake. This reflects poor coordination and lack of attention. The registration system is chaotic and outdated: Multiple unnecessary queues (sticker, payment, file, nurse)No clear guidanceNo proper coordinationEven with a prior appointment, you still wait without any organized system. I have previously visitedAster Hospital Al Qusais andAster Clinic Deira, and they were far more professional and organized. This branch is completely the opposite. After waiting for hours, feeling unwell, and being treated with no consideration, I cancelled the MRI and left. This level of negligence, poor management, and lack of patient care is not acceptable in Dubai. Immediate action is required.

Extremely poor experience and unacceptable system. I am writing this after a very frustrating and exhausting visit. I had an MRI appointment on 03-04-2026 at 3:00 PM, and I was instructed to arrive at 2:30 PM. I came early at 1:45 PM, yet I was left waiting for more than 3 hours with no proper communication. Staff kept repeating 15 minutes again and again without any clear update or respect for patients time or condition. At around 4:00 PM, I was finally asked to go inside and change clothes in preparation for the MRI. However, after changing, I was made to wait 45 minutes without clothes, in a very uncomfortable condition. During this time, I started feeling extremely sick, weak, and stressed, especially since I already suffer from severe leg pain due to a spinal disc issue. This situation is completely unacceptable and shows a total lack of care and basic patient dignity. When I asked what was happening, the only response was that another patient was inside. No apology, no proper explanation, no effort to manage the situation. The scheduling process before this visit was also a failure. After getting insurance approval, I called for 3 consecutive days to confirm the MRI appointment. Each time I was told we will call you back, but no one did. In one call, the staff even put me on hold for a long time while speaking to another patient and then disconnected highly unprofessional behavior.

Thank you Doctor Raj Kumar Rajendran

I recently underwent a callus surgery at Aster Hospital Al Mankhool, and I am truly grateful for the excellent care I received. The procedure was successfully performed by Plastic Surgeon Dr. Raj Kumar Ramachandran, whose professionalism and expertise made me feel safe and confident throughout the process. I would also like to sincerely thank Sister Navitha, Sister Bamiya, and Sister Mangaliya for their kindness, support, and attentive care. Although I may not remember all the team members names, every single person involved was compassionate and dedicated, and they all did a wonderful job. Thank you so very much to the entire team for your outstanding service. I will always be grateful for the care and support I received during my treatment. Thank you - Sithara Subashini Rajapakse
