Stay away from Dr Luis Gavin in that clinic. He is rude , unprofessional and careless. He spent 10-15 mins talking to someone in the clinic after he arrived while im waiting, which is no problem.... then during my app with him, he interrupts me with "I have another appointment waiting for me now so we talk later, we are done today". His attitude is disrespectful when talking and brags about how good he is compared to "commercial" doctors in Dubai. Surprisingly, his treatment plan includes every possible procedure done to teeth !!! Surgery, injections, MRI, Pulling teeth out, meds etc !! He does not even understand English well. When I asked how long will the overall treatment take he replied with "I am the doctor, i am the driver now, you are the passenger. so do not rush me with treatment." !!! he did not even understand what I said and there is no reason for a reply like that.....He picked up phone calls on his mobile during my appointment to sort out personal issues / errands. He cut me off at least 4 times with either questions or to run his personal issues He does most of the talking and "tells" you what the patient's symptoms (you) are feeling instead of listening. Thats what doctors should do... listen to your patient, maybe?!. He asks to write my details to send a treatment plan. whats the point of the forms filled out at the reception?!? No treatment sent until today.... I hope all people suffering from dental issues read this before considering seeing him. I would rather trust a mechanic with my teeth - by swaini3
