Dr. Costa BDS qualified as a dentist in 1984 by receiving his dental degree cum laude from the University of Witwatersrand, Johannesburg, South Africa. He graduated as topper of the class with rank No.1 and received numerous awards including the Gold Medal of the Dental Association of South Africa for the most outstanding graduate. In 1990 he completed his 4 year full time postgraduate Maxillo-Facial & Oral Surgery training at University of Witwatersrand, South Africa and was awarded FFD (SA) MFOS. Since 1991 he is in full time specialist Maxillo-Facial & Oral Surgery private practice concentrating on immediate loading of dental implants. To date he has placed over 35,000 dental implants. He has also presented as a key lecturer at numerous international implant congresses.

Very good treatment and service from Dr Costa and all the professional staff at SameDay Dental. I had a small cosmetic job to have done on my lower teeth and they did it for me the same afternoon (I booked earlier that morning). Doctor Costa understands his patient's needs. I like him the most as he has his ears to listen every desire of the patients who wanted to change their lives by achieving the smile they longed for. His output reflects on his overall inner achievements not only that but how he equipped and built his expertise. Doctor Costa is amazing and extraordinary expert I could say. My teeth required extractions and implants. I must say Sameday dental implants is easily the top dental clinics here in Dubai. I heard a lot about the pain while extractions but Dr. Costa made it look so simple and easy, I hardly felt anything. The implants were also placed the same day and I was good to travel back to UK the next day! My teeth are perfect now- easy to chew and enjoy them for rest of my life. - by Ophelia John

This is a superb dental practice. I had what appeared to me as a set of very complicated dental issues, and Dr. Costa very methodically evaluated them. He went over X-Rays with me tooth by tooth and explained thoroughly what he envisaged as needing to be done. He explained the long term benefits whilst also anticipating future needs, and protecting me as a patient first and foremost. There was no upsell of any products in the practice and the scope of work completed was exactly as initially outlined.The dental hygienist was very careful and meticulous and the support staff could not have been more comforting and helpful. I left feeling confident that I'm exactly in the right place for my dental needs.
