Insurance Corporation of Afghanistan (ICA) was established in 2007 in response to the demand for an officially licensed and capitalised private multi-line insurance company, meeting the insurance needs of companies operating in this country. ICA offers a comprehensive range of cost-effective commercial insurance solutions, providing business risk protection for multi-national and Afghan companies in all key industry sectors. ICA has reinsurance backing using only major ‘A’ security rated International re-insurance markets including Lloyd’s of London, providing access to global expertise and superior claims capacity. As of December, 2016, we had provided clients with in excess of US$40bn insurance coverage, a total that increases daily. Our highly experienced team of international insurance professionals, along with qualified Afghan graduates, is available from Sunday to Thursday to discuss and give advice concerning the protection of business risks in Afghanistan, as well as throughout the South Asia region.
