Dr. Mohammed Magid Saidam completed his Bachelor Degree of General Medicine and Surgery (MBBCh) from Al Basra University, Iraq. He then went on to do a 2 year internship with the King Hussein Medical Center and Ministry of Health following which he did his High Specialization in Medicine with Specialization in Neurology (Ph.D.) from the Jordan University of Science and Technology.
Dr. Mohammed subsequently received the certificate of complete training in neurology, the certificate of higher specialty in medicine with specialization in Neurology (C.H.S.M.). Following this, he was a professor and research assistant in neuroscience department in King Abdullah University hospital, College of Medicine of Jordan University of Science and Technology.
He was a clinical fellow in neurology and clinical neurophysiology at the King Abdullah University hospital from 2010 ? 2011. During this time he was board certified by the Jordanian Medical Council in Neurology and Clinical Neurophysiology.
From 2011 to 2013, he was the Consultant Neurologist and clinical Neurophysiologist in the Royal Commission Hospital in Yanbu district in KSA, and later on a Consultant Neurologist at the Kingdom Hospital in Riyadh from 2013 to 2014.
In March 2014, he joined NMC Specialty Hospital where he has been since. His areas of interest are clinical neurophysiology including EEG, VIDEO EEG, 24HRS EEG MONITORING, NERVE CONDUCTION STUDY (NCS), electromyography(EMG), BOTOX injection for specific Neurological disorders such as, blepharospasm, dystonia and spasticity, writer cramps, migraine.
