I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Dr. Nikola Vagic and the entire team at Medcare Orthopaedics Spine Hospital for the exceptional care I received. Before my surgery on 14 June 2026, I met Dr. Nikola Vagic several times, and from the very beginning, he was professional, compassionate, supportive, understanding, and genuinely caring. My surgery was a complex reconstructive procedure, but thanks to his expertise and dedication, it was successful. Throughout my journey, Dr. Nikola treated me with kindness, confidence, and reassurance, making me feel supported every step of the way. A special thank you also goes to Nurse Norjannah. She is truly wonderful and always went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and make my hospital stay as pleasant as possible. I stayed in the hospital for three nights, and every nurse I encountered was exceptional. They were available around the clock, responding promptly whenever I needed assistance. Their compassion, patience, and dedication helped ease my pain and made a difficult time much more manageable. I will never forget the kindness, care, and respect they showed me. The entire staff at Medcare Orthopedics and Spine Hospital was truly remarkable. Dr. Gopalakrishnan, who skillfully performed the surgery, exuded confidence and compassion throughout the entire process. The nurses, especially Fauzia, were not only attentive and caring but also provided comfort during what could have been a daunting experience. The housekeeping staff, including Kokal, Maya, and Ronny, maintained a clean and welcoming environment, always offering a friendly smile. I also want to extend my gratitude to the gentleman who delivered meals to my husband, ensuring that he was well-nourished and taken care of during his stay. I just want to share with everyone my experience with Medcare Orthopaedics Spine Hospital.I met Dr. Nikola Vagic a couple times before he performed my surgery on the 28th of August 2023. He is such an amazing surgeon, very professional, humane, supportive, understanding, caring and good-hearted. My surgery was successful despite being complicated since it was a reconstructive and revised surgery due to a malpractice done to me by another Dr in another hospital. Dr Nikola handled my case with care, supporting me all the way, he. Big thanks also to the nurse Sonia. She is a wonderful nurse, and she always goes out of her way to facilitate the patients experience and stay in the hospital. I stayed in the hospital 3 nights and all the nurses were wonderful people. They are available around the clock and whenever we needed their help. Anne and Anju are exceptional nurses, and I wont forget the way they treated me, the love, compassion and care they showed and how they worked hard to ease my pain.Not to forget mentioning the cleanliness and hygiene of the entire facility, from the reception to the clinics to the rooms and even the corridors and on top of that, the 5-star meals that were offered. A successful surgery done on me by Dr. Thaer. The medical and support staff were very warm and kind. They answered all my questions and provided adequate information about my surgery and insurance.
