Self-verified patient of Dr. Udaya Ballal
wrote a review 6th Dec 2017
I had recently visited Dr.Udaya Balal at Aster Jubilee Medical center as my husband had a fracture on his wrist. He had met with an accident six years back and had paralyzed his left arm.We were anxious as he had a fracture on his paralyzed hand and there was severe swelling on it.The doctor was pressing the swelled up area as he hadn't believed the hand was paralyzed and there was no sensation in the hand. The doctor had initially told us only about one fracture however on the second visit the nurse had mentioned another fracture too. On checking the same with the doctor he got highly offended and was insulting his staff nurse in front of us. It has been more than two weeks since he has put the plaster however the swelling hasnt reduced a bit and the doctor has advised to remove the plaster next week. The doctor's attitude towards patients ARE TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE. Doctor's should be more empathetic as the patients and bystanders come to them with a problem to feel relieved and not to feel cheated. And we were also DENIED THE RIGHT TO COMPLETE INFORMATION about the fracture. We had chose the clinic and the doctor based on the experience and we were completely turned down with a totally egoistic doctor - by Farah Nohas
