Terrible. The doctor I saw ( I suppose the owner, Mr Robbinson) arrived half and hour late and didn't even bother apologising. We had a consultation regarding skin pigmentation and just by looking at it without examinations he quickly said that I could never get rid of it. When I asked why he stated "I'm a doctor and my parents d***, it's the way it is just deal with it". He was very unprofessional and rude, didn't even close the door and our conversation could be heard through out the clinic. He then tried to sell me some dermabrasion treatment and then I learned the laser service I was asking for is not offered at the clinic. I have since visited received the laser fraxel treatment and all my pigmentation is gone. I was also offered twice a dental service that I didn't need (whitening) as they knew exactly how much money they could take from my insurance. Then one of their staff came with my file that I had just filled asking me about a cosmetic procedure that I had undergone. He wanted to know in witch clinic I had done it and how much I had paid. It was both embarrassing and awkward. I wouldn't recommend this clinic to anyone as is one of the Dubai classics were they only go after your money. - by Carmen
