Since residency, I work at Assiut University Hospitals, Assiut City, Egypt. The hospital is the core referral center for all governorates of the whole Upper Egypt. The hospital contains more than 2000 beds, including 94 ICU beds, 46 operative theaters, a busy Medical Emergency Ward and Traumatology Unit. The Radiodiagnosis Department is equipped with two 1.5T MRI systems, one 64-slice MDCT system, two 16-slice MDCT systems, one 8-slice MDCT system, one Angiography unit, two fluoroscopy units, three color duplex Doppler units, five ultrasound units, more than 10 x-ray machines with multiple CR units.
Attending the clinical service constitutes most of my work time, with teaching as scheduled in the system of the Department.
