Best experience. They have couple of doc

Top rated clinic in handling patients and patient families. They have couple of best and caring doctors and nurses. Dr. Samer, dentist is one of them. I took my 5 year old to him for dental issue and the way he handled him is commendable.

UNPLEASANT EXPERIENCE. Was a walk in cli

UNPLEASANT EXPERIENCE. Was a walk in client for my 9 mont old child to see the dermatologist Dr Sobha Nair. We were made to wait for more than 2 hours and every time I checked with the Nurse explaining that my infant may require max 10 minutes as he was having a rash which I needed to check with the dermatologist . The nurse kept saying yes, we will call you next but this never happened , despite me telling her that if they cannot adjust then i will leave as the infant was getting restless .She made us wait for more than 2 hours . I had by then lost my patience so I walked out. Though I had an appointment with the above Doctor the next day I cancelled it because I feel if even small adjustments cannot be made on humanitarian grounds then it is worthless to be one of the patients of such a specialist. Not sure who is at fault Nurse / Doctor but definitely the attititude is improper.

On top of my list!!!

On top of my list!!! When it comes to service and accomodating Doctors and staff specially Dr. Shital Vaidya ( OB gynecology) and Doctor Amal Joseph ( General Medicine )... And assisting nurse and staff specially to very friendly Miss Rachel.. I would recommend Unicare Medical Center Mankhool to all my friends and colleagues...
