Very poor service from the male receptionist
Very poor service, I went to see an OBGYN, the reception a guy was very rude to me and the African next to me. He requested for my ID I said I dont have the hard copy but showed him the soft copy and told me I frequently visit prime and my number is in the system. Just when Im talking to him the other African lady asked him for which area she is supppsed to go, he angrily point and scream go there. Then I said he dose not need to be angry, the lady also said thats not the way to talk to people,I also yes. he started shouting that you can not tell me what to do I know how to talk to patients. He felt in de-escalated a situation and instead with a loud voice made the rest of the patient come to see. His behavior is not good for a front staff he has an anger issue. I just left and went to another clinic. Why should I entrust my health in a place where the front staff dont know how to talk to people.

I love Dr. Manar Manajili
I love Dr. Manar Manajili and I highly recomemend her as one of the best doctor (OB-Gyne) in Prime Clinic. She is a beautiful doctor with a heart <3 i love her even on the first day we met bec she is so friendly, always smiling, very caring (she visit me in the hospital when i had an emergency), very accomodating! and professional, she took time to listen and as well explain the situation, concerns, and every question and making sure that everything is okay. She really is indeed a good doctor and well deserve to be called as best doctor!.
