Subject: Excellent ACL Surgery and Care

I recently had ACL surgery by Dr. Joseph at Phoenix Hospital, and I couldnt be happier with the results. From the initial consultation to my post-operative follow-ups, Dr. Joseph and his team provided exceptional care.Dr. Joseph took the time to thoroughly explain the procedure, answer all my questions, and address any concerns I had. He instilled confidence in me, which was incredibly reassuring before surgery. The surgery itself went smoothly, and the post-operative pain was managed effectively.The recovery process has been progressing remarkably well, and I attribute much of that to Dr. Joseph because my first surgery was a disaster and i had to change the doctor and Dr Joseph had to do a revision surgery to correct the first one which he did perfectly . His attention to detail and personalized approach made me feel like I was in excellent hands. The entire staff at Phoenix Hospital was also incredibly supportive and professional.I highly recommend Dr. Joseph and Phoenix Hospital to anyone needing orthopedic surgery, especially ACL reconstruction. If youre looking for a skilled surgeon who genuinely cares about their patients, Dr. Joseph is the right choice.

Excellent service

Grateful for the services provided to me by this hospital. Admitted for 2 days under the care of Dr. Fathi (IM). Employees from housekeeping, food services, nurses, my doctor are all excellent in providing the care needed. Five star also to the Arab lady who comes every time to make sure everything is well. Dr. Joseph john the Best orthopedic doctor

My 5 yrs old daughter was fell down while playing, her elbow got fractured and dislocated. That time we met Dr. Joseph john orthopedic, who gave the best treatment. He is one of the best doctors in orthopedic department. We were fed up with the surgery. But he gives us the confident to gothrough. I am grateful for the exceptional support that he provided during our hard time. I cant thank you enough for keeping my child in good health.

Over all good experience except Mr. Ahme

Over all good experience except Mr. Ahmed fathy behavior to the staffs, shouting at lady staffs, humiliating them in front of patients. No respect was given. Such persons should be moved out. Not recommend him for any one.
