bad appointment manage!! waited 1 hour to see the doctor while having an appointment? the receptionist was not helpful should not accept anyone to see the doctor if someone has an appointment

I was mocked and yelled at by the receptionist of Novomed Al-Ain, and this is not the first time that my friend did this. My friend from a year ago went to Dr. Mirella and behaved the same way with her. She is less polite and does not know the method of dialogue. How can a medical center allow people to scream and go beyond their limits as an employee in any case, if something is issued by the customer? A procedure that has cheeks in the internal law of the institution that works on its head does not scream and reproach as if it is in the street, this is substandard and does not allow it any right. This is where the administration is, where is the director complaining, and no one takes into account the leakage in the Al-Ain center. They need courses in dealing with the customer, I hated the center, causing the reception. They are the managers, and their opinion is above the owner of the center. They shout at people, and the lack of manners and respect is indescribable. Do not count the large number of patients. They all escaped from this method.
