Very poor service , zero value for customer

Very poor service , zero value for customer time .more than two and hand hours insurance dept could not get approval as insurance system is down. Why there is no exception or manual process in such cases . Customer with pain has to tolerate all these things . NMC being an experienced health care cannot manage exceptional scenarios .. I am very surprised
