Disappointed

I am a regular neurology patient of Dr. Bobby, and I am always thankful for his great care and support. However, I would like to share my concern about my recent visit for an ultrasound.I had an appointment at 11:00 AM, but I noticed that another patient (token 010) was taken before me, even though my token number was earlier. This made me feel confused and uncomfortable, as I had been waiting for my turn.During the ultrasound, the doctor finished the scan in less than a minute and did not explain anything to me or communicate in a friendly way. I did not feel satisfied with the examination or the interaction, and I felt that my concerns were not respected.I am sharing this feedback so that the quality of patient care and communication can be improved. I would also appreciate clarification regarding my ultrasound result, as I still feel unsure.

I had an excellent experience with Dr. Sonia Poul (Internal Medicine) at LLH Hospital. She is very friendly, highly talented, and listens to all concerns with patience and genuine care. She explains everything clearly and gives the best guidance without any rush. I truly felt comfortable and confident under her treatment. A special thanks to Nurse Renu, who is extremely supportive, very sweet, and polite in handling all patients.Both of them provide exceptional care and comfort. Highly recommended

rude Staff basement 3 reception. I was waiting almost More then 2h .. and they telling me. Come tomorrow. In case why they cant say that early. They dont have any system for appointment. they collect all the paper and finally they telling that.. I will give you appointment tomorrow. Its not right . I was suffering the pain in my stomach. Even the patient die they dont care. And I was required for claim form because I can do that scan from other hospital. Even they refused that. Only time passing staff. basement 3 reception people. Never will come again llh hospital Abu Dhabi. By the way I will inform this for my all of friends to never visited this hospital.
