Having gone for electrolysis and complained about 4-5 dark hairs on my upper lip area, l was disappointed the next day to discover one was still there. I rang the clinic to be told l would have to pay again because they would have to use a new needle! So, less than 24 hrs later, having spotted to same dark hair still there, l am expected to pay again for the failure of the first appointment. Absolute rip-off! On that basis, you could go in for an appendix operation, the doctor could forget to remove the appendix and you would still be expected to pay again for him to to do the very thing you paid him to do the first place. Nowhere else on earth would this be acceptable
