Good experience for a first timer!
Good experience for a first timer. The staff who assisted me Kristine is very sweet and provides a great professional service, in a clean and calm environment. I would highly recommend!

Worst experience ever!
I have been doing lazer for almost one year, staff always change. I had an appointment at 10 am on Saturday, arrived and the machine was not working. No problem! Left and did not complain as it is a technical issue which can happen. I received a message after few hours to come the following day at 9 am. Arrived there, no appointment on the system, machine is still not fixed, and I was still waiting for the manager to call me as promised. Cancelled all plans for the week end and spend time on the road to come and leave Al Wahda Mall. Strongly unacceptable, I should have been called and advised that the machine is still not working.

terrible experience with Kaya Al Wahda m
terrible experience with Kaya Al Wahda mall branch . Very poor customer service from Reception and they will make you pay the visit though they tell you over the phone that it is free consultation
