Karama Medical Centre (KMC) was founded by Mr.William P Jeyasingh from humble beginnings in the summer of 1992 in the bustling enclave of Karama. The neighborhood of Karama has been and continues to be the hub of middle and upper middle class of the expat and local population, providing affordable housing, quality restaurants, numerous shopping centers, markets and central location. It was this community that Mr. William wanted to serve by setting up one of the first Medical Centers in the area. KMC has been faithfully serving the community of Karama and beyond for more than 21 years. KMC was started with one Doctor and a couple of Nurses, today it has grown to employ more than 38 Doctors with a supporting staff of more than 100 working out of 8 Medical Centre’s. KMC as a group continues to expand with plans to open new clinics in emerging neighborhoods.

As a husband, I am truly grateful to Dr. Sarala for the excellent care she provided to my wife, Ganga, throughout her pregnancy. From the very beginning, she was kind, professional, and reassuring, which gave our family great confidence and peace of mind. Thanks to her guidance and expertise, Ganga had a smooth pregnancy and our baby was born healthy.She always listened patiently, explained everything clearly, and treated us with genuine care and respect. Her assistant Visma was also very supportive and helpful during every visit. We feel lucky to have been under such a wonderful doctors care. Highly recommended to all families looking for a trustworthy gynaecologist ..

I had an exceptional experience with Dr. Anika. Her expertise, attention to detail, and genuine care made me feel completely at ease throughout my visit. She took the time to explain every step of the process and answered all my questions with patience and knowledge. Its clear that she truly cares about her patients and their well-being. I highly recommend Dr. Anika for anyone seeking a skilled and compassionate dentist!

Complaint against Dr BANITA KARUNAN
I am a patient in Karama clinic Al Khail Gate branch since 2020. As per my experience, lady Generalist doctors are very rude and unprofessional. Recently I consulted with Dr BENITA KARUNAN. I always disappointed to consult with her due to her unprofessional behaviour and bad communication. She even does not know how to smile, how to use polite word, how to speak with soft voice tone. She acts like never understand east asian accent. Have she never communicated with multinational patients? If she does not understand something, instead of saying Sorry or Pardon, she said WHAT. How unprofessional manner she has! Unbelievable. Better to give her some training regarding customer service.

I want to complaint against Dr. Faisal Khan (room no.-4) ,He should not have the courage to talk to the patient, I went to him in a lot of throat pain trouble, but did not treat well at that time ,Very very poor experience
