Ive got robbed by this hospital.

Ive got robbed by this hospital. So this is what happened : I had a consultation with dr Prakash on the 9th of September, Ive payed before seeing the doctor and once Im done with him, I came to the reception to take my prescription, the billing guy didnt want to give me my documents and he forced me to pay more 480dirham explaining that he forgot to check the insurance and inform me that the insurance doesnt cover the expenses, when I told him you should have informed me before seeing the doctor I could have changed for another doctor, he was rude and forced me to pay .... I reported that to the manager she said you shouldnt have paid for it, its not you fault its the guy fault and he has no right to force you , dont worry we will Refund you the money .She didnt even ask for my details, then when I came back I asked for her number and I texted her to inform that I didnt receive my money back, every day she comes with an excuse. After more then 1 week she said we transferred the money same day please check with your bank. I insured her that I didnt receive anything. Then again more excuses to avoid my messages. Another 3 days she called me seeing that you are right the Refund was not made, we fired the guy because he didnt accept to deduct the money from him and now we can not refund you anything. I went back to the hospital and I found the guy still working there and I explained to her that the guy is not my problem, its you the hospital who took my money not

Extremely poor emergency service

Absolutely horrible experience with this hospital. Patient went to the emergency ward with an abscess that required immediate attention and the duty nurses didnt even know to calibrate the BP equipment to show the correct results. Admin staff input the wrong insurance code and didnt even realise that the insurance has rejected the claim. As a patient, my mother had to contact the insurance company and understand the issue after which the hospital told her to wait another 1 hour without having food or water since she required a procedure that involved sedation. L If your suffering from a heart attack, you may be asked to call the insurance company to speed up the approval process because the hospital staff are extremely incompetent. Absolutely will never recommend this hospital to anyone

Doctor thomas is the best dentist I have dealt with in my life. I challenge anyone if he feels any pain or even an anesthesia needle, or is able to distinguish between a filling and a natural molar. Excellent treatment, experience, and hands wrapped in silk. .

I just wanted to express my gratitude to Dr. Meerah for being the best obgyne in UAE. I had my first pregnancy and gave birth last 25th of May, the whole experience is very nostalgic and unforgettable. Dr. Meerah is approachable, friendly, very responsive, well experienced and her professionalism will make all her patient at ease and worry free. Kudos to you and to all the staff and nurses of Obstetricians dept. Also wanted to appreciate Nurse Cha from the Labor Department for giving such advices that can make the patient comfortable. She is very knowledgeable on her field.
