Dr. Meera Anto (Gyne)

This is to appreciate my favorite doctor of all time, Dr. Meera Anto. She is one of the kindest doctors I have ever met. She explains everything so clearly and patiently, and I never feel rushed during my consultations, even though there is always a long queue of patients waiting to see her.She is always smiling, friendly, very approachable and focuses on giving the important advice every mother needs to know during pregnancy.I am also very grateful for how skillfully and confidently she helped me deliver my baby normally, especially babys head was facing upward at 38 weeks. Her expertise and calm guidance made such a big difference in my experience. Thank you so much Doctor Meera God bless all the works of your hands.

I just wanna share my experience since 2021 we are used to visit only your hospital and big thanks to Dr. Pranjali whos always support every single patient as a family member or like a friends extremely happy in her service what she give her great efforts and hard work for the hospital.

Pregnancy Journey

From the start of my pregnancy to the delivery of my baby, they assisted me every step of the way. Special thanks to Dr. Pranjali, who took excellent care of me and my baby. She is a very strict yet professional OB-GYN, and I highly recommend her. Thank you also to IMH a highly recommended hospital. All the staff were accommodating and provided accurate information.

Dont care about the patient only the money

Just want to share my experience in this hospital i know its more than a year but again they did it to one of the couple that i know I gave birth to my daughter last April 11 With the help of Dr. Meera Anto she was amazing and very kind i like how she takes care of her patients, but i have a worst and very disappointing experience on one of the cashier her name was Masoomeh Hassan , i gave birth april 11 and my insurance expire on april 12 and i got discharged on april 13 so basically my insurance is still valid when i give birth but she insist to pay all my bill starting the day that i get admit which was april 10 and the total payment that she wants us to pay is 16,456aed my husband was confused and trying to make her understand that my insurance is still valid until april 12 so maybe we have to pay only the charges on april 13 and some charges on april 12 but im sure that it will not cause us that much, my husband wait in the billing room for almost 4hrs shes trying to avoid my husband because she still insist that we should pay 16,456aed , i went downstairs and i tried to speak with her not to mention i just get C -Section a day before and still in pain and exhausted,same what my husband did i explain to her as well but still she insist then i call my manager regarding this insurance policy and my manager went to hospital and speaks with her then she agreed that we will just pay the april 13 charges , it was really traumatizing experience in this hospital

Poor service call centers and reception

Poor service call centers and receptionist dont know what theyre ttalking about. Lack of explanation and interactions with the patients.
