Complain regarding tooth extraction with Dr Swathy

I had an extremely disappointing and distressing experience with Dr. Swathy during my recent tooth extraction. I visited her for the extraction of my upper front tooth, but she ended up breaking it and, without informing me, left a piece of the root inside my gum. After the extraction, she took an X-ray and assured me that nothing was left behind. However, three days later, I discovered that a part of the root was still there. When I confronted her about it, she initially denied it and claimed it was just bone. Later, after I left the clinic, she called me and admitted that a small piece of the root remained. Shockingly, she told me that she could not remove it and that I would need to undergo surgery elsewhere at my own expense. I had already paid AED 250 for the extraction, plus additional costs for medication, only to be told later that I would need another procedure to fix her mistake. To make matters worse, when I requested my X-rays to consult another doctor, she claimed they had been deleted from the system. This experience has caused me unnecessary pain, stress, and additional financial burden. Patients trust their doctors to provide proper care, and this level of negligence is unacceptable. I strongly urge others to think twice before seeking treatment from Dr. Swathy,very unprofessional unexperienced I dont recommend ease clinic at all as she was playing with my mouth not even care that a human in front of her and she let me suffering till now cuz of root remaining.

Unprofessional ever

To be honest am really disappointed of they way they treat thier customers i will start with with their reception they dont really care about anything zero customer service. There is asian guy he can leave you standing front of him talk in phone in his language i think its tagalog . he will not even say one second please i will be with you no he will act that you not exist lol. To book appointment for adjust your braces its like hell its fully booked even if you call before it one week or two weeks but they arent fully booked by the way and doctor she is always on vacation i dont why they dont care about delaying the adjustments is it about Money. I will not go there again i will find another place i dont recommend easy dental at all
