Unprofessional ever
To be honest am really disappointed of they way they treat thier customers i will start with with their reception they dont really care about anything zero customer service. There is asian guy he can leave you standing front of him talk in phone in his language i think its tagalog . he will not even say one second please i will be with you no he will act that you not exist lol. To book appointment for adjust your braces its like hell its fully booked even if you call before it one week or two weeks but they arent fully booked by the way and doctor she is always on vacation i dont why they dont care about delaying the adjustments is it about Money. I will not go there again i will find another place i dont recommend easy dental at all

I've had my fair share of dentist the past 3 years, and no one comes close to Dr. Kunal and the team at easy dental Centre. They take the time to explain everything that will be done, no hidden tasks, and straight forward. They are truly the best in the business and not only have I recommended others, I recommend those who are considering switching their dentist.

I love this Place. Has been visiting this easy dental clinic since i came to Dubai. I find their treatment to be good quality and genuinely priced. Highly recommend.
