Very bad experience with Dr. Srikumar Goturu
Very bad experience with Dermatologist Dr. Srikumar Goturu and his assistant Nachammai Ramasamy as instead of asking me any questions they just kept telling me that my hairfall is genetic issue. Dr. Nachammai asked me to wait outside so that she can attend other patients as Dr. Srikumar Goturu(35 years of experience and highly professional doctor) was 15-30 minutes late. And his assistant concluded within 5 seconds that me loosing my hair is genetic as per the pattern without asking or knowing anything about me. They did not tell me what to do or what not to do but kept on explaining me for 10 minutes and out of which 1 minute talk was about Telogen Effluvium and the remaining 9 minutes on Hereditary Thinning or balding even after showing my whole family members pictures and none of them bald. Dr. Srikumar Goturu was asking me to be realistic and accept the fact that the hair loss which I faced in last 2 months was because of the genetic cause and nothing else. Instead of resolving my questions and asking me something about my daily routine which might have caused this hairfall they kept teaching me about the so called genetic cause.
