Great experience.....

We visit Dr.Joseph clinic Karama since decades for our medical needs. Our consulting Doctor is Dr. Mereen (ENT).The way you approach the patient is very patient and charming.He is very experienced and practical. Aways guiding patients in right direction. We recently visited for our check ups and it was very satisfying. The clinic is Economical and effective. They have served to all of sects of people. Hope and wish they continue the same way they are known for to serve the common people.

Bad Experience with Dentist Dr. Thenmozhi

After reading good reviews I visited Dr. Thenmozhi (dentist) in Joseph clinic karama. After 3 visits with my child which were very friendly visits although I didnt find her professional. The 4th visit was the tooth extraction for my child. I really didnt have a good experience and hence writing this review as maybe some of youll must have experienced the same but havent wrote a review. I dont want others to be cheated too. My 4th visit she asked me if I was 1st time. Like seriously as though she cannot see the history of the patients visits in her system. It didnt stike me then . Secondly she gave anesthesia to my child and said to come after 25 minutes and took us in only after more then 30 minutes. In my experience all doctor give anesthesia for tooth extraction and extract the tooth after 5 minutes. Because of this delay my child was screaming and was in so much of pain for tooth extraction. After the procedure was done Dr. said I need to pay 300 for the tooth extraction. She said she forgot to take approval from the insurance and thought I am a cash patient. Like Seriously ! I had 3 visits before this visit as insurance patient and she doesnt see it on her system records? She wanted to make money. I requested Dr to take approval after the procedure was done which is actually possible but she bluntly refused and said the procedure is already done. I paid the full amount as I had no patience to argue. After 4 days I was called to do the tooth cleaning for my child and

Well Recommended Facility

This is the first I had visited Dr. Joseph Polyclinic and I would say that this is a good facility. I would like to acknowledge Dr. Muhammed Alhajazein, Urologist Specialist. He is a very nice and professional doctor who shows much concern to the patients. Also, to Nurse Sheena who is so pleasant to us. Thank you very much. Thumbs up to this facility.
