Scammed on IVF Treatment

My wife and I used BSH for years, but never again. We were basically scammed we feel when we signed up for a special deal they were offering on IVF. My wife and I had tried to conceive for a couple of years with no success. We saw BSH was offering two chances to conceive with IVF for 1600 BD. We signed up and began the process. The first time we ended up with 4 fertilized eggs. The doctor decided to implant all four eggs after three days. We later found out that its better to do it after 5 days. Either way none of the fertilized eggs were successful. After some days of grieving my wife returned to the doctor to plan out our second attempt that we were promised in our special offer, only to be told that we could only try again if we had another egg. The doctor said the offer would not covering extracting any more eggs or fertilizing them...even though they had said I had to freeze some of my sperm, paying 40bd extra for them to keep them frozen. Not really sure why since wed never be able to use them. We couldnt understand why the doctor didnt implant two eggs and freeze the other two for our second attempt if this was the nature of the special offer. Either way we feel we were not given what we were promised. We requested a refund for whatever the implantation fee was, since we were not being given that and it was supposed to be included in the deal, only to be denied by several different levels of management at the hospital.
