Extreme dissatisfaction with the service

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service I received at Aster Medinova Diagnostic Centre in Bur Dubai. My recent experience with your facility has left me deeply frustrated and disappointed. I was scheduled for an MRI scan after a knee injury. I received a call from their team to book an appointment for the scan. They said there is a slot available on Thursday (21st March) 4pm, I agreed to schedule for that specific time. Later, I was dismayed to discover that my appointment had been scheduled for Saturday at the same time. This discrepancy in scheduling not only inconvenienced me but also disrupted my travel plans. I reached out to their customer service today to address the issue, I was met with dismissive responses and a lack of accountability. It is unacceptable that your staff would miscommunicate appointment dates and times, causing unnecessary frustration for patients like myself. Its evident they lack proper scheduling procedures and disregard patients time. Patients rely on your services for accurate and timely care, and this incident has severely destroyed my confidence in your facility. I urge you to prioritize effective communication and efficient scheduling practices to prevent similar experiences for future patients. Your commitment to delivering quality healthcare services should extend to respecting patients time and ensuring seamless coordination of appointments. In conclusion, Im extremely disappointed with their service.

Terrible Experience at Aster Medinova Burdubai

I had an incredibly disappointing and frustrating experience with Aster Medinova Diagnostic Centre Burdubai.Firstly when we tried to get an appointment we were not given clear information about the availability of Doctor. Also our appointment was changed 3 times. Finally on the day of appointment we reconfirmed about the availability of Doctor before visiting. But when we arrived we have been told that Doctor is unavailable today.. which the staff should have told us in the morning when we called..over that staff looked uninterested and unhelpful. And we had to wait for 2.5 hrs to get other appointment. Its evident that proper professionalism and patient care is not at all a priority at this Medinova Diagnostic center. We are highly disappointed with the support staff. These is not the way to treat any patient. I would have give 0 start if option was available.
