I want to share my experience because
I want to share my experience because I left feeling very upset.I had an appointment with Dr. Vicky first, and she was very kind. She listened to my concerns about fatigue, hair loss, and my health, and she referred me to Dr. Hadil Al Haj for further evaluation.At the reception, I was told Dr. Hadil Al Haj would come at 11:00, so I waited. At 11:00 she still had not arrived, so I went back to ask because I was worried she was not coming. Then I was informed they had just received an update that she would come at 11:30.When I entered the consultation, I greeted her, and before I could explain why I came, she asked me how many months pregnant I was. I explained that I was not pregnant and that Dr. Vicky had referred me, but I felt I was not given the chance to explain my situation.She asked for the first day of my period, and I was trying to get the exact date. While I was checking, I felt she was becoming upset and in a hurry. I was told to hurry because there was another patient waiting.That was very difficult for me because I had also been waiting a long time for my appointment. I am also a patient, and I felt like I was not given time to explain my symptoms and concerns. I left feeling unheard, uncomfortable, and very upset.I appreciate Dr. Vicky for her kindness and support, but I wanted to share this experience because no patient should leave feeling this way.

Amazing Staffs
The Staffs are really Amazing. Support, contextual understanding are commendable . Staff Mohammed Jassim is exceptionally good while you approach him for any assistance.

Professionalism at Aster clinic Al Warqa
Staff was very helpful. Maria and Athulya made me feel comfortable in their patient room. I highly recommend to come to Aster clinic. Professional staff.
