Absolutely unprofessional bad service!!!
Absolutely unprofessional bad service!!!I had been to Aster Clonic Damascus Road to meet Dr Nameer yesterday begore 6pm.Several times i had called their call center on the same day who assured that walk in accepted without any restrictions. I have been all the way from Sharjah just to meet this Dr. The receptionist refused to accept walk in saying there are 24patients waiting for the Dr at 5.15pm. Not even one patient was visible at his waiting area!!! I was so frustrated considering all the trouble i took to get to this outlet and plainly they refused to attend me. Im working with Dr Sulaiman Al Habib Hospital and since the specialist was out of station, i resorted to Aster. The reception paid no attention to my comments that Im there as advised by call center. The worst part os that twice i called their call center who assured very comfortably to proceed to the clinic without any worries. In case the clinic has a limitation on walk in, it should be conveyed to their call center rather than troubling us!!!I demanded to speak to their floor supervisor Ms Bronzy, who didnt even try to assist me. She just told call center wasnt picking up the call. She was very eager to call the call center and blame them instead of assisting a patient. Also she was ready to book me next week as though i came for some charity.My condition was very severe and was aggravated because of the lack of service from Aster. I had to be admitted to IP of another reputed hospital to receive my treatment

All staff is very good cooperative
All staff at the is very good cooperative especially Dr. Lubana Fatima. Dr. Lubana is an excellent, experienced and well professional ddoctor. She guide the patient exceptionally well.
