Worst experience.
Worst experience with Al muteena clinic for ultrasound scanning. Female doctor never available for scanning. They convincing us to do scanning with male doctor. They dont give importance for women privacy .

Female doctor not available in Radiology Dept
Always female doctor not available for ultrasound scanning. They convincing us to do scanning with male doctor. Also waiting time is more even booking the appointment.

It was a wonderful experience from after
It was a wonderful experience at Aster muteena from 6/9/24 to 11/09/24. All staffs was very kind to the patient . Especially, Dr. Hemjith, Dr Mohd Shihas, str. Anu, Str Priya prabha, Str Mini and CSE Mr Riyaz. Appreciate their service

I would like thank to Dr. Indira Venkataraman as she had taken very good care of me throughout my pregnancy and delivery as well.And also I would like to appreciate and thank to the nurse Ms. Sherin.she was very supportive person.

prioritizes walk-ins than those with appointment
Seems like Aster Muteena prioritizes walk-ins than those that have an appointement. I dont understand of coming to the clinic 20 minutes early and then registration calls you 30minutes later. Depletes the purpose of appointments.
