Serious Integrity Concerns Despite Skilled Medical

I had an extremely disappointing experience at Arya Clinic, and I will not be returning.What stood out most was the complete lack of integrity from the coordinator who initially handled my case. She offered me a package worth XXXX AEDincluding 4 fat-burning injections, 4 fat-dissolving injections, and 4 IV drips. Since I could only pay 21 through Tamara due to my limit, she assured me I could pay the remaining amount during my next visit and that the package would still be honored.However, when I returned, she was on leave, and I discovered there was no package on file. I had been charged full price for just one sessioncompletely contradicting everything she had promised. It felt deceptive and unethical.To be clear, the medical team was excellentthe doctor was fantastic, and the dietician and vitamin specialist were both very professional. I even bought AED 1,200 worth of vitamins without hesitation because I trusted their advice. But the experience was completely tainted by the coordinators dishonesty.She wasted over two hours of my time pushing for the initial payment without providing transparency, and showed no concern even though I had my 7-year-old daughter with me. She was solely focused on making the sale, with zero regard for long-term trust or ethical service.Integrity matters, especially in healthcare. No matter how skilled the medical staff may be, I cannot support a clinic where trust is broken so easily.

I would like to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my recent experience at your center regarding the Endolift procedures. Unfortunately, I did not receive the expected service or what I was promised, which negatively impacted my overall experience. Firstly, there were significant discrepancies between what was explained to me beforehand by the doctors and practitioners at the center and what actually happened during and after the procedure. Certain important aspects that I should have been informed about were not made clear, such as potential risks or the plan in case of any complications. Additionally, I did not receive adequate follow-up regarding my condition after the procedure. Secondly, I expected a medical center with a good reputation to be more transparent in its dealings with patients, but I felt that my concerns and questions were ignored after the procedure. My inquiries were not answered sufficiently, which made me feel uncomfortable and insecure. This type of unprofessional behavior makes me think twice about returning to your center or recommending it to others. I hope these practices are addressed and that transparency and credibility are improved moving forward.
