I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to express my deep concern and dissatisfaction with the treatment my sister has been receiving from Dr. Saba Naaz at your facility. Over the first visit, we have encountered extremely unprofessional and inconsiderate behavior from Dr. Saba Naaz. Not only has she failed to conduct proper examinations, leaving my sister unattended on the bed, but her attitude towards us has been consistently disrespectful. She has gone so far as to scream at us, demanding that we leave the room without addressing our concerns or questions. What is even more distressing is that my sisters condition, which includes mental trauma and depression, has not been handled with the sensitivity and care that one would expect from a medical professional. Dr. Naazs demeanor has only exacerbated her distress, contributing to a decline in her overall well-being. Regrettably, the situation has escalated to the point where Dr. Naaz has reported my sister to the police station, causing undue stress and concern for our family. We believe such actions are unwarranted and have only further exacerbated the emotional distress my sister is currently facing. Despite bringing this matter to the attention of the Operations Manager, we are disheartened by the lack of cooperation and action. We expected a swift response and resolution to address Dr. Naaz mannerless behavior, but unfortunately, our concerns seem to be falling on deaf ears. s

Dont go there, they only want and care about your money they will do everything to make sure you pay even for unnecessary thing. This is not a medical centre, this a for profit organisation. If you care about your health and money go somewhere else.

Good morning today morning I have went to al Amina jurf hospital were the female security guard assisted us but the staff who was in reception let us to stay for long the patient who came after us were assisted which is not acceptable the female guard asked us if we were called but no response atlast when the customer service officer check and informed us they dont accept Daman insurance she could inform us earlier not after waiting for too long
