However, despite these repeated confirmations, I received a call just 10 minutes before arriving at the hospital, informing me that the doctor would not be available. This last-minute cancellation, without prior notice, demonstrates a lack of respect for patients time and well-being. As a reputable hospital, I expected a higher standard of professionalism and service. Unfortunately, this experience has left me extremely dissatisfied with the level of care and organization at your facility. I kindly request an explanation for this situation and assurance that such occurrences will be prevented in the future. I look forward to your prompt response.
