Dear Customer Representative, I hope you will consider that email and forward it to right person. I have been in Al Salama hospital few times and always was satisfied with service. However, last my visit was very tough for me. I have arrived in hospital at 6pm with high temperature and hard pain in the back I had a guess its kidney. Everyone were super nice, receptionist sent me straight to Dr Felfela. When I was in his cabinet he has seen I was struggling. check my temperature was 39, sent me for analyses and wrote URGENT on my card. Everything was smooth till I came on the 4th floor for ultrasound scan. The guy on reception (he refused to show me his card, but he said the name is Sayed) told me straight that they will start only in 30 min and there is 4 people before me, 25 minutes each so I shouldn`t expect it to be done soon. I have asked him PLEASE I am shivering and I have order from the Doctor that it is URGENT but he refuses and told me to wait with others. After 1 h 30 min sitting in the coldest room I have ever been I did eventually my analyses - last one. My kidney was paining more and more and I was crying already in corridor but no one cared. I love and respect Doctors I met but because of those people the reputation of Al Salama completely in my eyes. I came back home in worse condition than I had before and my temperature was 41.5. All the best, Olha
