Vocal Fold Shortening and Retrodisplacement of the Anterior Commissure (VFSRAC) in a MTF Iranian trans. First I used TLM (CO2 LASER) for type1 anterior cordectomy. In second part of the operation, using 0_6 nylon I have sutured thyroarytenoid muscles in front and vocalis muscles more posteriorly. And its the final results "technically". Objective and subjective voice outcomes are highly dependent on speech therapy.
