Youssef Youssef is a Canadian Osteopath graduating with honours from the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy. Prior to studying Osteopathy, Youssef studied Human Mechanics at the University of Waterloo, earning a BSc degree with Kinesiology as his major.
Youssef takes a global approach to the patient, assessing current symptoms and analyzing factors that may be contributing from past medical history to try and determine key factors related to the problem. Youssef aspires to work as a team with the patient in order to help them reach their health goals and bring them to a symptom free state after a few sessions.

He is extremely professional and has a lovely gentle manner. He genuinely cares about his patients that extend beyond the treatment room. He is dedicated, hardworking and constantly follows up on progress. When putting programmes together, he recognises the importance of optimal short and long term outcomes, incorporating the different sports I play into the rehab programme, and my healing progression.

The Healthcare City branch is a lovely clinic; the admin team is helpful, friendly and efficient with scheduling. I have been treated by Youssef Youssef for the past year post ACL op, and he has helped me tremendously with my return to competitive sports. Youssef is a Canadian Osteopath who studied Human Mechanics and is a Kinesiology specialist. I respond particularly well to osteopathic treatment, to the principle that the body is an integrated whole, that no part of the body works in isolation. Youssef always takes into consideration my past medical history and sports injuries, assesses current symptoms by examining muscles and joints and observing movements. He treats the person rather than specific conditions, employing a range of gentle manual techniques. Youssef is a competitive athlete and his sports background provides a good insight and understanding of the athlete. He is extremely professional and has a lovely gentle manner. He genuinely cares about his patients that extend beyond the treatment room. He is dedicated, hardworking and constantly follows up on progress. When putting programmes together, he recognises the importance of optimal short and long term outcomes, incorporating the different sports I play into the rehab programme, and my healing progression. Convenient location, friendly staff, clean clinic and a very relaxing waiting area (see picture attached). I highly recommend this clinic, see below! I have 3 slipped discs and have been seeing an Osteopath named Youssef Youssef at this clinic on and off for the last 6 months, and I now only have to see him if I do not fix my posture (work, exercise, lounging etc.). He is very knowledgeable with stretches and exercises to do at home and at work, as well as in the car while sitting in Dubai traffic! Youssef will give logical explanations for each condition, and is extremely honest. I can genuinely say, that after receiving treatment over the last 6 months, I have been able to get back to my active lifestyle which I was unable to do before! - by Chantal Asaad

I get a lot of pain in my lower back area and it turns out that my seating position and posture is totally wrong. Now that Im working with Dr. Youssef on fixing them, the pain, that used to be 8/10, is now 1/10, and I feel a lot better. I highly recommend him because he knows exactly what he's doing, and is very transparent during his sessions. He also gave me exercises to do at home, and they gave me instant relief.
