Self-verified patient of Dr. Raphy John

Dr. Raphy John had a very unprofessional approach to treating his patient. No proper history taking, rude mannerism and was talking more to his nurse than the patient. No sense of comforting patient and was very rough. A quack would have done a better job than him. Highly disappointed!!!!!!!!!!!

So, one of my family friend suggested me about Dr Raphy John. The doctor himself and the entire staff were really friendly and professional. They made me feel very comfortable. Absolutely loved the experience!

One of the Best Doctor's in UAE. I always go to Joseph Qusais Polyclinic particularly for Dr Raphy John. He gives the perfect diagnosis and has knowledge about the subject.

Dr. Raphy, may be in his profession for eons and may have accumulated a good deal of experience; it is important however, that a patient that knows nothing about his history too, may feel just as comfortable. For someone that was sick and in hope to be treated, he came across rude, rough and the kind that bragged about his experience more than using it. I was being treated by another specialist from another clinic prior, as the doctor was on leave, we chose to go to Joseph’s Polyclinic, to realize we had made a mistake. Firstly, we were disappointed on the fact that they had no ENT, we were directed to the GP, in between deciding if we should or shouldn’t, we were called in the Doctors cabin. I showed him the papers from my previous visit to the specialist, and gave him a brief on what I was being treated on and that we couldn’t see any improvement. From there he started speaking in a rough and harsh manner (leave alone the loud tone), and started reprimanding me for taking the medications, and that we should know what is right and what’s wrong etc. Me and my husband explained that we had no idea and we had come to be treated. He kept asking for my symptoms, after I had already mentioned it twice, despite my painful throat and lost voice. When I for the third time explained it to him and straight up told him that I had already mentioned the same a few times, he tells my husband that she has been forced to come here and I can say that just by looking at a patient etc, etc.
