horrible clinic
Went to Dr. Mustafa Alqaysis clinic in Al Nahda. Wed been before, but this time was totally unacceptable. The first thing he said to the child, in Arabic, was, Youre pretty, but you eat too muchand thats a problem. Completely inappropriate and rude. He was cold and dismissive throughout, refusing to answer the childs questions properly. The blood test was a nightmare. They kept jabbing the needle in over and over, poking around while the child was clearly in pain. Dr. Alqaysi grabbed the arm and tried himself, same thing. Even after the child got up to get away, his nurse kept trying to find a vein. We asked them to stopthey didnt. He also pushed to try his special method in the front of the arm. We refused and left. We got a refund for the ridiculously overpriced test (AED 2,700), and only then were we told he only accepts results from Zulekha Hospital. The whole experience was unprofessional, insensitive, and disturbing. Never going back.
