That was my mistake I visited aster clinic business bay I was having fever & no energy in my body that was Friday in veining time around 19:00 pm the clinic was not so busy that time & I had no appointment with any doctor the receptionist said only Dr. Basir is at the clinic & he provide me token. only two patient were before me 5 minutes after taking that token my no. announce by calling me at room no.5 & dr. just ask me what i am filling and he wrote medicine without checking my fever & blood presser so i fill really bad, how he got to know what is my body condition ? simply they just play with patient health & sell those expansive medicine if Dr. writes 5 days medicine then the pharmacy man gives full packet encase we ask i need only for 5 days they say it's cover by your insurance take full packet. So they are just there to make money & play with your health. by sagar Neupane

Terrible clinic. Dr Bashir in particular is very rude and unprofessional. Is he even a qualified Dr? He leaves his office after each patient to smoke outside and chat with friends. His office stinks of smoke. He greats you with "what's wrong with you?" And Dr Rauol is not much better. Will never ever go to any of these Drs again and someone should monitor their behaviour, so they shouldn't practice as Doctors. Very worrying for society. Please go to a different clinic everyone. Dr Keya is lovely lady and has time and cares about her patients. Nurses are all amazing too. Reception staff are quite odd. - Sarah Brown
