He offers full scope of oral surgical procedures related to teeth such as surgical extractions, removal or exposure of any other impacted teeth, periradicular surgeries (apicoectomies), cystectomies, periodontal surgical procedures, surgical insertions of temporary orthodontic bone anchored appliances, dental rehabilitation via insertion of dental implants and necessary prior bone augmentations.
He also performs comprehensive maxillofacial surgical procedures such as removal of benign osseous and soft tissue tumors in the oral cavity as well as head and neck, secondary surgical procedures for cleft lip and palate, surgical procedures related to facial trauma or severe acute and chronic infections, orthognathic surgical procedures inclusive of facial aesthetic procedures.
He practices and has a license for general anesthesia.
He is a member of the International Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons.

Successful removal of Keratocyst
Prior to coming to Dr. Walter, I was diagnosed with a recurring odontogenic keratocyst on my lower right jaw and already underwent two surgeries within 2 years. Dr. Walter carefully reviewed my history and thoughtfully walked me through the planned treatment, made me aware of the options and helped me make an informed decision about the best treatment. Its been a year since the surgery and there are no signs of the cyst coming back. Thank you Dr. Walter for healing me and the exceptional care you have shown.

I had my lower impacted wisdom tooth extracted by Dr Walter, he is very professional and such a nice doctor, during the procedure, he keep telling me what will I feel in the next step and he did the extraction quickly, I had only mild discomfort after the extraction and during recovery, overall it is a much better experience than I thought initially and I would highly recommend Dr Walter to people looking for a professional and friendly surgeon.

I have extracted two lower wisdom teeth with surgeon dr Walter Goriwoda, and he did an excellent job! He is very professional and thanks to his expertise, my swelling and pain was minimal and recovery very fast, mashallah. All other dentists I consulted before were telling me my case will be complicated, but dr Walter did the extraction very quickly and with no complications! I was so nervous about the whole procedure and postponed it for many years, but after the first surgery, I did the second one the next month because my fear was gone. Dr Walter explained to me the whole surgery process and talked me through it so I felt confident and relaxed as I knew whats happening. I have nothing but words of praise for this doctor and would highly recommend the clinic, specially dr Walter, to anyone who needs the best dental service in the Uae! - by Medena
